The journey behind JC Construction started early. At 15 years old, Alisson took his first steps into the workforce at a small restaurant in Quincy Market in Boston, where he learned the value of responsibility, discipline, and hard work.

Some time later, a new opportunity changed the direction of his life. Through Bruno “Bananeira,” the husband of one of his mother’s employees, he learned carpentry and discovered not just a trade, but a path forward. That experience became the foundation for the professional he would become.

With dedication and constant practice, Alisson developed his skills and became a professional carpenter. Then came another major decision: when the opportunity appeared to buy a painting and carpentry company, he made the courageous choice to take ownership and begin building his own business.

The beginning was not easy. There were financial struggles, pressure, and moments of uncertainty, but never a lack of determination. Through hard work, faith, and persistence, he kept moving forward and turned a difficult start into a company with more than 15 years of history serving the American community with quality, commitment, and trust.
